Garrison Point Baths
Sheerness, Kent · Public baths · 2025 to · Competition
A sea-water lido and sauna on the old gun emplacement, open year round.
The gun emplacement at Garrison Point is a mass of concrete that nobody can remove. The proposal fills it with water: a sea-water pool in the old magazine, timber sauna cabins on the gun platforms, and a single long bench facing the estuary.
